I have downloaded this software from subscription twice using the downloader, and once using the browser download. Every time I try to get this installed it will error almost immeditely, and then just sit there thinking about 'Initializing'. Killing the process is the only way out. Tried so far.user has local admin rights, tried with domain admin account, tried 'run as admin', and tried 'run as admin' with XP SP3 compatibility. Multiple attempts with each download. This piece of software will not install. Anti-virus software was disabled on the first attempt, and completely uninstalled on the second, and has been ever since.

UAC has always been disabled. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks for your help.
